Satellite’s mission has always been “making life better for those living with kidney disease.” We continuously illuminate this mission by fostering a culture of compassion, quality and professional growth. Satellite Healthcare is pleased to announce that Kim Spaziani, a Satellite Healthcare leader whose work has touched the professional growth of many individuals within the company, is being promoted to a new role of Senior Vice President of Learning and Development.
Kim continues to report to President and Chief Operating Officer Bernadette Vincent, and is assuming expanded responsibilities. She will lead a cohesive enterprise-wide approach to learning and development that benefits our patients, employees, and partners. Kim and her team focus on advancing our leadership competencies within the areas of clinical practice, business management, and service excellence.
Prior to joining Satellite Healthcare, Kim held key leadership roles in talent development, adult education, training, and organizational development at MedExpress Urgent Care, a division of UnitedHealth Group, Wesco Aircraft, and Jeppesen/Boeing. She earned a B.A. degree in Communication and Business Administration and an M.S.Ed. degree in Training & Organizational Development from Pennsylvania State University, which prepared her for this role.
