Sharon's Chinese 5 Spice Carrots

(4, 1/2 cup servings:)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped carrots
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Chinese 5 Spice Powder to taste

Preparations:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add carrots.
  2. Sprinkle spice blend over the top and toss to coat.
  3. Sauté over medium heat until soft and serve along with your meal.
