Ingredients:
- 4 strawberries
- 4 blackberries
- 1 small tangerine
- 4 green grapes
- 4 red grapes
Dipping sauce:
- ½ cup fat free greek plain yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 fresh strawberry
Preparations:
1)Thread one strawberry, one blackberry, one tangerine segment, one green grape, and one red grape on each skewer.
2)To prepare the dip: puree strawberry, add yogurt, vanilla extract and honey in the food processor or blender and mix well.
3)Serve 4 skewers with yogurt dip on the side.
