Fruit Kabobs

(Serves 2) (Yield 4 sticks)

Ingredients:

  • 4 strawberries
  • 4 blackberries
  • 1 small tangerine
  • 4 green grapes
  • 4 red grapes
Dipping sauce:
  • ½ cup fat free greek plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 fresh strawberry

Preparations:

  1. Thread one strawberry, one blackberry, one tangerine segment, one green grape, and one red grape on each skewer.
  2. To prepare the dip: puree strawberry, add yogurt, vanilla extract and honey in the food processor or blender and mix well.
  3. Serve 4 skewers with yogurt dip on the side.
