4 tsp. I Can't Believe It’s Not Butter or vegan butter
Preparations:
Place 2 tsp. I Can't Believe It’s Not Butter on the skillet, stir fry yellow onion and 6oz. italian style turkey sausage until dark brown for 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Heat 2 tsp. I Can't Believe It’s Not Butter on the skillet, add eggs and cook until done. Remove and set aside.
Heat a skillet over low heat and place tortilla in pan and cook for 30 seconds each side until slightly golden and tortilla begins to puff.
Assemble Burrito: Place 1 tortilla on the plate, fill with 1 tbsp. scrambled eggs, Italian sausages mixture, 1 tbsp. plant-based vegan cheese. Roll up, folding the bottom edge before rolling to keep the filling from falling out.
