Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened rice or almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- ½ tsp. ground cardamom
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup berries for topping/mixing in
Preparations:
- Pour ingredients into jar and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again until there’s no clumping.
- Cover the jar and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- Top with fruit.
